Learn to Run Clinics

Learn to run with Coach Laura! This small group clinic will teach you how to pace yourself, safely progress, and prevent injuries while having fun.
You will learn:
- How to avoid common beginner’s mistakes
- How to pace yourself
- How to safely progress your running
- How to prevent injuries
We’ll go on a 20-minute group run-walk with 30 second running intervals and 1 minute walk intervals, repeated until we get to 20 minutes.
You will also receive:
- Training plan
- Unlimited email communication for additional questions
- Discounted future coaching

Requirements:
- The ability to comfortably walk for 30 minutes at least three times per week
That’s it! This is a clinic for all bodies, ages, and abilities! New runners or runners returning to the sport after years away are all welcome.
