Your $17 registration includes
- Instruction for pacing, injury prevention, and safe progression
- Guided warm-up and cool-down
- Guided walk-run
- Running plan to follow after the clinic

You will learn:
- How to avoid common beginner’s mistakes
- How to pace yourself
- How to safely progress your running
- How to prevent injuries
We’ll go on a 20-minute group run-walk with 30-second running intervals and 1-minute walk intervals, repeated until we get to 20 minutes.
You will also receive:
- Training plan
- Unlimited email communication for additional questions
- Opportunity for personal shopping at Runners Roost Golden with Coach Laura
Requirements:
- The ability to comfortably walk for 30 minutes at least three times per week
This is a clinic for all bodies, ages, and abilities! New runners or runners returning to the sport after years away are all welcome.
